Abstract

Green architecture is recognized not only for its environmental and social advantages but also for its financial and market benefits. The study combines a quantitative analysis of operational cost reduction and investment return with a qualitative assessment of property value and socio-economic impacts. Case studies and literature illustrate both measurable and non-measurable economic benefits of green buildings. Results show that energy-efficient design, sustainable materials, and certifications contribute to cost savings, higher market value, and faster return on investment. Additionally, green projects support local economic development and employment in innovative construction sectors. The study provides a framework for evaluating the economic feasibility of implementing sustainable building practices in urban environments.
